I possess extensive knowledge of the natural world, including ecology, geology, wildlife biology, and environmental science. I use experiential learning techniques to teach individuals and groups about outdoor safety, navigation, and survival skills such as fire-making, shelter building, and water procurement. I also emphasize the importance of Leave No Trace principles, which encourage responsible outdoor behavior to minimize human impact on the environment.

As an Outdoor Educator, I am dedicated to fostering a deeper connection between individuals and the environment, and believe that through education, we can create a more sustainable future. I strive to inspire curiosity and wonder about the natural world, and to help individuals develop a sense of responsibility and stewardship towards the environment.

My ultimate goal as an Outdoor Educator is to help children develop a deep love and respect for the natural world and to instill a sense of responsibility and stewardship towards the environment. I believe that through nature-based education, we can help children develop critical thinking skills, social-emotional intelligence, and a lifelong appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the natural world.
